So you’re reading this because you like us.  Thank you. We like you too! Now that all the niceties are out of the way you probably want to know (in the words of Marvin Gaye) what’s going on? A lot. In fact, we’ve been so busy we’ve neglected this blog entirely. Well no more of that. We’ll be dropping news bombs on the regular from now on in. Here’s some of the high points from The Ink Factory the last little while…

Jack Mangan Resident Tattoo Artist (Dublin)

Since he joined the team Jack has gone on to win two national awards! First he took home “Best Large Colour” at the Middleton Tattoo convention and then just very recently won “Best New School” at the Dublin Tattoo convention. Jack is now widely recognised as being one of the best homegrown Tattoo artists working in Dublin and Ireland today. Not one to rest on his laurels he will be taking part in the inaugural Goa Tattoo convention in January! Go Jack go…

Julieta Garcia (Guest Spot 23rd Nov-3rd December)

She’s Argentinian, she loves Tattooing and she’s got more talent than you can shake a stick at. The wonderful Ms Garcia will be gracing our shores on the 23rd of November for a ten day guest spot. If you like incredible neo-traditional Tattoos then be sure to hit us up to secure a booking with this incredible artist while she’s here in Dublin. Check out her Instagram here: @ladyju_tattoo

The Ink Factory Demon Barbers

Christmas is a busy time for our incredible team of Barbers. The closer it gets to the 25th the busier they get, so be sure to call us to secure a booking to get the old mop or beard done before the fat man shoots down your chimney. Christmas grooming hampers will be available very soon online and in store.  As always there’s a large selection of “Uppercut” products available at  No. 15 Wellington Quay, so if you’re looking to stay looking slick post style or shave then stock up on some of it! Finally, recognising that a lot of the hard working people of Dublin have regular 9-5 jobs, we’ll be staying open late till 9 Mon-Fri from now on. That will make us the ONLY late night Barber shop in Dublin. Goddamn…

That’s pretty much it for now people, stay beautiful. Stay classy but above all stay positive!
